At LaptopRent, we strive to provide flexible and transparent rental services. This policy explains our cancellation and refund process.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled without charges if done before dispatch. Once the product is dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.

2. After Delivery Cancellation

If cancellation is requested after delivery, applicable rental charges and logistics costs will be deducted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in valid cases such as service unavailability or confirmed cancellation before dispatch.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Partial usage of rental period
• Damage caused by the user
• Violation of terms and conditions

6. Security Deposit

Any refundable security deposit will be returned after inspection of the equipment post return.
