4. Equipment Usage

Customers must use the rented equipment responsibly. Any illegal or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Damage or Loss

Customers are liable for any physical damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment during the rental period.

6. Maintenance & Support

We provide technical support and replacement in case of hardware failure not caused by misuse.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

8. Changes to Terms

LaptopRent may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
